How do I register?
Step 1: Click on the Register button on the top right corner
Step 2: Fill in your PERSONAL DETAILS (Name, Gender), ACCOUNT DETAILS (Username, New Password, Confirm Password), CONTACT DETAILS (Phone No., Email) and OTHER DETAILS (Company)
Step 3: Tick the “I agree that the information provided above is accurate, and I accept the terms of use of the website” box and click “SUBMIT”.
Step 4: You should receive a welcome confirmation email from us within a few minutes. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your Inbox.

How can I make changes to the details on my account?
You can change the details on your account at any time in 'My Account'.
To make changes to your password, email address, delivery address or payment method, follow these simple steps:

Log into your account by clicking on the ‘Login’ link in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Step 2
Once you're logged into your account, go to ‘Dashboard’ and select what you wish to update. You can make as many changes to your account information as you'd like.
Step 3
Once you've made the relevant changes to your account information, remember to click ‘Update’ or 'Save'.
It's worth checking your account every once in a while to make sure your details are up-to-date.

I'm having trouble with your website, what should I do?
If you’re having trouble with our website, we’d suggest you try the following:
1. Delete your cookies
You may need to delete your cookies - a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us.
Please note that if you have items in your cart or in the 'Wishlist' section that were added when you weren't logged in, you'll need to make a note of the product name/code as deleting your cookies may clear this history.
On most internet browsers, you can delete your cookies using ‘Tools’ or ‘History’.
2. Restart your browser
Once you’ve cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without any more problems.
3. Update your operating system
We also suggest that you use the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, OSX etc.

I'm having trouble signing into my account, what should I do?
It is best to sign into your account before you shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognised, there's a few things worth checking:
- Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
- If you can't remember your password, click on the ‘Forgot Your Password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your username and email address, and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
- If you enter your email address and/or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.
- If after this you still can’t sign in, you may contact us via online chat or email us at hello@ipharma.care and provide as much detail as you can about the issue, including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.
How can I remove the social media account linked to my iPharma account?
Unlinking any of the social media accounts linked to your iPharma account is really easy.
To remove your Facebook or Google+ account, follow these simply steps:
Step 1
Log into your iPharma account as normal and go to ‘My Account’ and 'My Profile'.
Step 2
You'll see a section called 'Other Details' that will show which social media account you've got linked to your iPharma account.
Step 3
Click 'Detach' next to the social media account you'd like to remove to unlink your accounts.
