FAQ (Delivery)

For delivery locations in Peninsular Malaysia, you should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days after your order has been received & packed by our pharmacy partner.
For delivery locations in Sabah & Sarawak, it is approximately 7 working days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected if any movement restriction is in place.

iPharma.Care has a large network of pharmacy partners in the regions we operate in. We will happily support deliveries during weekends and public holidays as long as our pharmacy fulfillment partners are open for business.

We strive at all times to bring you a huge range of products & services whilst working to keep your delivery costs low.

When you find that your order has more than one delivery charge, this typically indicates that your order has to be fulfilled by more than one of our merchant partners.

This may occur in one or a combination of the following instances:

• Your order quantity exceeds what is stocked at one single store and our merchant partners have come together to support your order requirements;

• One or more of the products in your cart is stocked only at selected stores.
